CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 4177 of 2024 The Court made the following Order:

Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A1 to A6), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.225 of 2024 of Kankipadu Police Station, Krishna District, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 427 and 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. None represented for the petitioners.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1-State furnished a copy written instructions of Station House Officer, Kankipadu Police Station, Krishna District which shows that the case in FIR in Crime No.225 of 2024 of Kankipadu Police Station, Krishna Districtwas referred as Civil in Nature vide C.No.431/SDPO-GVRM/REF/2025, dt.27.06.2025 and the final report was filed on dated 13.10.2025 vide CF.No.2932 of 2025.

4. Copy of written instructions of Station House Officer, Kankipadu Police Station, Krishana District, is made part of record.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed as the very FIR in Crime No.225 of 2024 of Kankipadu Police Station, Krishna District was referred as civil in nature.
