ORDER:
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondents including learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home/respondent Nos.4 & 6.
2. Learned Counsel on either side submitted that the matter pertains to Ursu Utsav of the year 2023 and fairly submitted to dispose this Writ Petition as infructuous.
3. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to accord permission to the petitioner for celebrating Ursu Mahothsavam to Sri Sri Sri Varasiddhi Padma Sadguru Badesaheb Thata Darga at Yemmiganur Town and Mandal, Kurnool District scheduled to be held from 01.03.2023 to 03.03.2023.
4. Having considered the submissions on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
