CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 7827 of 2024 The Court made the following Order:
Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A1 to A9), seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.427 of 2024 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge Court, Prathipadu, Kakinada District, for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 351(2), 351(3) and 74 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on the written instructions states that, pending the Criminal Petition, petitioners herein (A1 to A9) got acquitted in CC No.427 of 2024 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge Court, Prathipadu, Kakinada District, Judgment dated 14.12.2024.
3. Judgment dated 14.12.2024 in CC No.427 of 2024 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge Court, Prathipadu, Kakinada District is made part of the record.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed.
Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
