ORDER:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 13.06.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12262 of 2024.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested to close the contempt case with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt case is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies, if any further cause of action arouse. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
