ORDER :
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to return the present Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to approach the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Adoni, by filing a implead petition in final decree proceedings.
2. Liberty is granted as prayed for.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is returned. No costs.
4. Registry is directed to return the original case papers to the learned counsel for the petitioner, under proper acknowledgment.
