ORDER:
This revision is filed aggrieved by the delivery warrant dated 19.05.2026 passed in E.A.No.3 of 2026 in E.P.No.7 of 2024 in O.S.No.40 of 2018 on the file of the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Repalle, Guntur District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. The delivery has already been effected and at the time of handing over the physical possession, the present revision is filed.
4. The petitioners have not challenged either the preliminary decree or the final decree. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.
5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
