2. The memo contends a letter from the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner intends to withdraw the revision case.
3. The instant Criminal Revision Case has been preferred against order dated 03-11-2009 passed in C.F.No.9103 of by learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, Krishna District, where under, the complaint filed by the petitioner against the accused under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, was returned for want of jurisdiction.
4. It appears from the memo that the matter has been settled out of the Court and for which the petitioner intends to withdraw the instant Criminal Revision Case.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
6. Perused the written memo and the instructions of the petitioner.
7. Considering the same, the instant Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
