This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of orders dated 03.01.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3321/2019.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, pursuant to filing of this contempt case, the respondent authorities have complied with the orders dated 03.01.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3321/2019 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed. No costs.
