1. It is submitted that the writ appellate Court, while considering the writ appeal, has remanded the writ petition for fresh consideration of the matter on merits.
2. In view of the aforesaid order of remand, the matter is required to be considered afresh. Therefore, no further orders are required in the present Contempt Case.
3. Recording the same, the present Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
