COMMON ORDER:
1. Sri Sriman, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Public Prosecutor for Central Bureau of Investigation submitted that in view of the Judgment of the Hon’ble Apex Court in The State, Central Bureau of Investigation v. A. Satish Kumar and others 1, these petitions became infructuous and requested to dismiss the Criminal Petitions.
2. Recorded the said submissions of both the counsel.
3. In the result, the Criminal Petition Nos.3339 & 5023 of 2023 are dismissed as Infructuous.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
