ORDER:
Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (A6), seeking to quash proceedings in Crime No.426 of 2023 of Anakapalli Town Police Station, Anakapalli District, for offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 419, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the present Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication and as such, the same may be closed.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor expressed no objection for the same.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
