The Court made the following Order:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the Police filed charge sheet in FIR in Crime No.310 of 2025 dated 29.11.2025 of Kadiyam Police Station, East Godavari District, against the 2nd respondent on 28.08.2026 before the jurisdictional Magistrate. He also placed on record a copy of the said charge sheet, and the same is made as part of the Court record.
2. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law.
