ORDER:
1. Sri G. Arun Showri, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that both the parties settled their disputes before the learned V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Guntur in C.C. No.5827 of 2021 vide Lok Adalath Award dated 13.12.2025 and requested to dismiss this petition as it has become infructuous.
2. Recorded the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the settlement of the main case before the National Lok Adalath dated 13.12.2025, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
