Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toissue a Writ, order or orders particularly the Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioners as Work Inspector Grade - Ill, Telugu Ganga Project Division, Nandyal, Nandyal District, directing to retire from services with effect from 31.05.2026. i.e., 60 years and not continuing up to 62 years despite the issuance of Go.Ms.No.15 dated 31.01.2022, Go.Ms.No. 26
dated 19.02.2019, extending all the benefits on par with regular employee including the age of superannuation, sanctioning the Annual Grade Increments as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, contrary to GO.Ms.No. 15 dated 31.01.2022 and violative article 14,16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently a) To direct the respondent to regularize the services of the petitioners as Work Inspectors Grade - Ill. b) To direct the respondents to continue the petitioners till attain the age of 62 years i.e., 30.09.2027 on attaining the aged superannuation with all consequential benefit IA NO: 1 OF 2026

ORDER :
This writ petition is filed is declaring the action of the Respondents in not regularizing the services of the Petitioners as Work Inspector Grade-III, Telugu Ganga Project Division, Nandyal directing to retire from services at the age of 60 and not continuing up to 62 years as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Services-I for the Respondents would submit that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 21.07.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.12413 of 2025 and batch and requested to pass a similar order in this Writ Petition also.
3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order, dated 21.07.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.12413 of 2025 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Registry is directed to attach the copy of the order, dated 21.07.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.12413 of 2025 and batch to this order.
