The Court made the following Order:

Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A1 to A6), seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.620 of 2024, on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge Court-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Srikalahasti, Chitoor District, for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor states that pending the Criminal Petition, CC No.620 of 2024, on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge Court-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Srikalahasti, Chitoor District was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 05.07.2025 before the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge Court-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Srikalahasti, Chitoor District.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also not disputed the submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed.

Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
