31.08.2026 SUN, J I.A.No.1 of 2026 and I.A.No.2 of 2026 This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.531 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada against the petitioners for the offences punishable under sections 341, 195(a), 324, 506 r/w 34 of IPC.
Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.2 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
I.A.No.1 of 2026 and I.A.No.2 of 2026 seeking permission to compound the matter as the main dispute between the both parties are settled out of the Court, the alleged offences are under section 341, 195(a), 324, 506 r/w 34 of IPC.
Learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 fairly conceded quashing the proceeding against the petitioners in C.C.No.531 of 2021.
In view of the settlement between the both parties, recorded the said submissions, joint memo was filed as part of the record.
In the result, this Crl.P petitions are allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.531 of 2021 is pending on the file of the I Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada for the offences punishable under sections 341, 195(a), 324, 506 r/w 34 of IPC.
