Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and 528 of BNSS praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court Pleased to quash the C.C.No.268 of 2026 on the file of the Hon'ble Magistrate of First Class, Alamuru against the Petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 to 4 herein for the alleged offences under Section 85 r/w 3(5) of BNS and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and 528 of BNSS praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings, including personal appearance of the Petitioners/Accused No. 2 to 4, in C.C. No. 268 of 2026 on the file of the Hon'ble Magistrate of First Class, Alamuru for alleged offences under Section 85 of BNS and Section 3 and 4 of D.P.
