Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toissue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action/inaction of Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in proceeding with/finalizing the election process for constitution of the Managing Committee of Masjid-E-Alfatha, Marripalem, Visakhapatnam, without considering the Petitioners Representation/Objection dated 11.08.2026 and without duly scrutinizing the eligibility and disqualification of the candidates in the light of the Andhra Pradesh State Waqf Boards decision dated 06.08.2025, the Executive Officers enquiry report dated 08.05.2025

and the order dated 20.01.2026 in W.P. No. 19630 of 2024, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the applicable Waqf law and Regulations, and consequently direct Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider and dispose of the Petitioners Representation/Objection dated 11.08.2026 by a reasoned order, strictly scrutinise the ligibility and disqualification of the concerned candidates in accordance with the Andhra Pradesh Waqfs Managing Committee (Constitution, Functions and Duties) Regulations, 2009, and thereafter conduct and complete the election in a free, fair and transparent manner in accordance with law, IA NO: 1 OF 2026

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased direct Respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to finalize the list of validly nominated candidates and/or permit the concerned Respondents to contest the election or declare the result, without first considering and deciding the Petitioner’s Representation/Objection dated 11.08.2026 and scrutinising their eligibility in accordance with law, Counsel for the Petitioner: MUJTAHID HUSSAIN
