CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 710 of 2024 The Court made the following Order:

Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A1 to A3), seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.109 of 2022 on the file of learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur, for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2. No representation for the petitioners.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on the written instructions submits that pending the Criminal Petition, the petitioners got acquitted in C.C. No.109 of 2022 on the file of the learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur vide Judgment dated 31.03.2026. He also furnished a copy of the e-Court status.

4. Copy of the e-Court Status report of Judgment dated 31.03.2026 in C.C. No.109 of 2022 on the file of the learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur is taken on record.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed.
