Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue any writ or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.5 in issuing the letter vide RC No. 1247/2024-C dt. 06.12.2024 to the 3rd respondent to withhold the approval of any plans for constructing a building in the land admeasuring 377 Sq.
