This contempt case is filed for non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 18.08.2025 in W.P.No.21730 of 2025.
2. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court, speaking order was passed long before on 15.10.2024 dismissing the case of the Petitioner and compliance order is placed on record.
2. Noting the said submission, the contempt case is closed leaving it open to the Petitioner to challenging the correctness of the order dated 15.10.2024. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
