JUDGMENT:
1. Learned counsel for the appellant/insurance company seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents/claimants is in attendance and submits that the appeal may be disposed of.
3. Having regard to the above submissions, permission is accorded to withdraw the present appeal.
4. Thereby, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, stand closed.
