Further, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the Respondents in turn referred the matter to the Finance Department, which is pending and finally requested two (02) weeks time to place the proposals of the Government with regard to implementation of G.O.Ms.No.45, Finance (HR.IV-FR&LR), Department, dated 02.07.2026.
