JUDGMENT:
1. Despite of respondents/claimants represented by the learned counsel on record, none appeared for them.
2. Sri Vutla Srinivasu, learned counsel would submit that the counsel on record for the appellant is no more and he is representing the appellant/insurance company as instructed. He further submits that he intends to withdraw the present appeal.
3. Having regard to the above submissions, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, stand closed.
