ORDER :

1. The petitioner filed the present writ petition aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent No.2 in considering the representation dated 26.06.2026 submitted by the petitioner against the unauthorized construction allegedly undertaken by respondent No.3 in Survey No.170/1 of Venugopal Nagar Extension, Ananthapuram.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the notice sent to respondent No.3 was returned un-served with an endorsement that no such person was available at the said address.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 has filed the written instructions. It is stated therein that, pursuant to the representation received from the petitioner, a field inspection was conducted and the survey was carried out by the Town Planning Officer. As per the written instructions, the subject construction undertaken by respondent No.3 falls in Survey No.170/2 and not in Survey No.170/1. A copy of the survey report is also placed before the Court. It is further stated in the instructions that respondent No.3 has constructed the subject structure strictly in accordance with the survey records and after obtaining the requisite permission from respondent No.2.

4. In view of the instructions received and the survey report placed before this Court, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition.

However, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in the event of any dispute with regard to the title over the subject property.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
