O R D E R:
Sri B. Siva Ramakrishna, learned counsel representing Sri N. Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the subsequent events, no cause survives in this Criminal Petition and the present criminal petition became infructuous.
2. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
