Learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through online states that despite his best efforts, he could not secure latest instructions in the matter much less with regard to the compliance of the interim order dated 20.10.2007.
2. Mr. S.A.V. Sai Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Commercial Tax, on instructions, submits that petitioner has not complied with the interim order dated 20.10.2007.
3. In view the above circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition.
4. Hence, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ JUSTICE NINALA JAYASURYA
