This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 11.11.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22857 of 2025.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents submits that the orders passed by this Court dated 11.11.2025 in W.P. No.22857 of 2025 have been complied with and no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
In view of the above, the contempt case is closed. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
