2. This contempt case has been filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 12.07.2021 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P. No.1448 of 2015.

3. The operative part of the order reads as under: "Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed setting aside the order of the Tribunal and directing the petitioner to be regularized by extending the benefit of G.O.M.No.212, dated 22.04.1994 within six weeks from date. The petitioner shall not, however, be entitled to arrears of salary and other emoluments on account of such regularization save and except his services on and from 25.11.1993 shall be reckoned for the purpose of pension and other pensionary benefits.”

4. It is evident from the aforesaid order that the direction was to regularize the services of the petitioner with effect from 25.11.1993, which shall be reckoned for the purpose of pension and other pensionary benefits.

However, the petitioner was not entitled to arrears of salary and other emoluments on account of such regularization.
