ORDER:
Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner herein, who is the wife of respondent No.2, has obtained a divorce from him and has subsequently remarried. In view of the same, learned counsel prayed that the revision be dismissed as infructuous.
2. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
