ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order in I.A.No.1 of 2021, dated 04.08.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15703 of 2021.
2. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the order of the Court is complied with.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners also endorsed the same.
4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this case.
5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
6. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
