Learned counsel for both sides is present.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs. Umadevi Maganti, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties outside the Court, the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal and the same is endorsed on the bundle.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the present Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending and the Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand closed.
