ORDER:
1. The present Contempt Case is filed for wilful and deliberate violation of the Order dated 02.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36790 of 2025.
2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Respondents submits that Proceedings were issued on 11.08.2026 vide G.O.Rt.No.1153, General Administration (ESTT.1) Department by the Principal Secretary to Government (POLITICAL) (FAC) sanctioning notional increments to the Petitioner and he further submits that the amount shall be deposited into the credit of Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible.
3. Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed.
4. No order as to costs.
