THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENUTHURUMALLI

GOPALA KRISHNA RAO

APPEAL SUIT NO: 257/2009

JUDGMENT:-

Mr. K. Rama Subba Rao, learned counsel for the respondents, appeared through virtual mode.

2. As per the Registry endorsement, notice was sent to the appellant at the address mentioned in the grounds of appeal, and the same was returned with an endorsement stating “door locked”. Therefore, service is held sufficient. It appears that the appellant is not inclined to prosecute the matter, though the appeal was filed in the year 2009.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, and the interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand closed.
