Mr.N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant represented that, in view of the settlement arrived at between both the parties outside the Court, they had filed a letter dated 10.08.2026 before the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal Suit. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption “For Withdrawal”. The memo is placed on record.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal Suit.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending and the Interim Order granted earlier, if any, shall stand closed.
