The Court made the following JUDGMENT: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice D. Ramesh)
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter was posted under the caption “For Dismissal”. He further submitted that, despite his efforts, he was unable to contact his clients and had received no instructions or response from them.
2. In view of the above submission and the absence of any response from the appellant, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, all pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
