ORDER:
1. The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the
Order
dated 09.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27731 of 2025.
2. Learned counsel for the Respondents submits that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, a Speaking Order was passed by Respondent No.2 vide Progs.Rc.No.DEO-CCOHC/3/2025– JA(A2)- DEOVSP, dated 18.11.2025 and requested to close the Contempt Case.
3. In that view, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the Petitioner to challenge the Speaking Order in an independent Writ Petition.
4. No order as to costs.
