...RESPONDENT(S): Revision filed under Section 397/401 of CrPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the CriminalRevisionCase, the High Court may be pleased toto present this Memorandum of Criminal Revision Case against the Judgment in C.C. No. 468 / 2007, dated 15-6-2009 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of I Class (for Proh. & Excise), Kurnool. Counsel for the Petitioner:
1. T NAGARJUNA REDDY Counsel for the Respondents:
1. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following order:
1. Sri V.S. Likhith, learned counsel representing Sri T. Nagarjuna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant criminal revision case.
2. It appears that the instant criminal revision case has been preferred against the order of acquittal passed by learned jurisdictional Magistrate in Calendar Case No.468 of 2007, wherein and whereunder learned trial court found A.1 to A.4 not guilty of the offences punishable under Section 498-A of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Since the de facto complainant has chosen not to proceed further with the instant criminal revision case, this Court finds no reason to proceed with the matter further.
4. Accordingly, the instant criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
