ORDER :-
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.713 of 2013 on the file of the Court of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada City.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the main case itself was ended in acquittal.
3. In view of the above submission and as no cause survives for adjudication in the present matter, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
