ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings No. D2 / Inspections/ 2017, dated 11.06.2018 initiated by the 4th respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, unlawful, ultra vires of the provisions of the Environmental (Protection) Act, 1986, the rules made thereunder and unconstitutional and consequently set aside the said proceedings.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Avinash Desai, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that they intend to withdraw the petition and hence the petition may be disposed of.
3. Ms.M.Sandhya Deepthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture is in attendance.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
