ORDER:

1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not sanctioning the study leave to the Petitioner for the period from 16.09.2019 to 15.09.2021 and in not regularizing the said period, despite the representations, dated 30.09.2021 and 02.04.2026 given by the Petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. The Petitioner was working as Medical Record Technician in Government General Hospital, Kakinada since 2003. While so, the Petitioner applied for admission into the Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Records Science (MRO) course from Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS), Tirupathi for the academic year 2019-2021 as an in-service candidate.
