JUDGMENT:

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the office note dated 04.08.2026 discloses that notice issued to appellant Nos.1 and 2 has remained unserved. Though sufficient time has elapsed, no steps have been taken by the appellants to secure service of notice. The appeal is of the year 2007, and despite the lapse of considerable time, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants, it is evident that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal.

In that view, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________________________ Dr. JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA Date: 05.08.2026 KKV
