WRIT PETITION No.20717 of 2026 Bench Sr.No:-41

Utikonda Padmavathi ...Petitioner Vs. The State of Andhra Pradesh and another ...Respondents ********** CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE LISA GILL SRI JUSTICE BALAJI MEDAMALLI DATE : 5th August 2026 Present : Advocate for Petitioner : None Advocate for Respondents : Learned Government Pleader for Services-II LISA GILL, CJ.

A perusal of the prayer, which otherwise suffers from some incoherence, reveals that primary prayer of petitioner is for action to be taken against respondent No.2 for passing of fake, forged, manipulated, fabricated and created judicial order dated 21.04.2026 in I.A.No.31 of 2026 in O.S.No.883 of 2024 on the file of learned I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ongole and for imposition of penalty etc.

2. Perusal of the file reveals that objections have been raised by Registry in writ petition with regard to service to other side and maintainability of writ petition itself. Learned counsel, however, asked for listing of matter.

HCJ & BM, J W.P.No.20717 of 2026

3. Learned counsel for petitioner had sought time on 29.07.2026 to seek instructions.

4. Today, despite the writ petition being passed over twice, none has appeared on behalf of petitioner.

5. Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed in default and for non-prosecution, with liberty to petitioner to avail her remedies in accordance with law, in respect to order dated 21.04.2026. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. LISA GILL, CJ
