Sri Challa Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents is present.
It was represented by the learned counsel for the respondent at the last hearing, i.e., on 17.07.2026, that the sole appellant had passed away on 26.06.2021, and a copy of the death certificate was also placed on record. This Court, accordingly, directed the appellant to take necessary steps. The matter is listed today for taking such steps. However, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant today. Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
