This Interlocutory Application is filed to restore W.P.No.10229 of 2008, which has been dismissed for default on 28.08.2024.
The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the posting of the case on 21.08.2024 and on 28.08.2024, was not noticed by inadvertence and that the petitioner is desirous of pressing the Writ Petition. The learned counsel would also submit that the matter is covered by virtue of Judgment of a Full-Bench Judge of the erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
In the said circumstances, this Interlocutory Application is allowed and W.P.No.10229 of 2008 is restored to file. Consequently, interim directions granted earlier shall stand restored, if any.
Post on 21.01.2025, on top of the list.
