ORDER

As there was no representation for the petitioners on 01.08.2025 and 10.07.2026, considering that the writ petition being old, the matter has been listed under the caption “for dismissal”. Despite listing the mater under the caption “for dismissal”, a learned counsel representing Sri M.P.V.N.V.Sastry, learned counsel for petitioners sought time. This indicates that the petitioners have no interest in prosecuting the mater.

2. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
