The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 26.04.2011 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem in O.P.No.8 of 2008 filed under Section 13 (i) (ia) of Hindu Marriage Act.
On 23.06.2026, none appeared for the parties. Even today also, none appeared for the parties. The Appeal pertains to the year 2011.
This Court is of the opinion that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
