This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of orders dated 08.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.804/2026.
2. Sri B.Seshibushan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, as against the interim order passed by this court in W.P.No.804/2026 dated 08.01.2026, this contempt case was filed. He further submitted that the said writ petition itself was disposed of and the petitioner wants to take steps against the final order and accordingly prayed close the contempt case.
Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed. No costs.
Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
