Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus a)Directing the 2nd Respondent to forthwith discharge its statutory duty by enforcing the Reserve Bank of India’s rejection order dated 26.03.2026(Ref:BLR.DOR.RSG.No.S973/24-08-053/2025-2026) and consequently directing the 4th Respondent Bank to immediately remove the 5th Respondent from the office of the Chief Executive Officer of the 4th Respondent Bank, b)Further directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to ensure that the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer from the currently active Panel Year 2026

empanelment cycle is effected strictly in compliance with the mandatory requirement of prior RBI approval under Section 35B(1)(b) read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949

and to pass such other orders.
