Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a Writ, order or direction especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the houses bearing D.Nos 3-18-16, D.No.3-18-55/I and D.No.4-172/24 situated in Ganesh Nagar Road, Sanjeev Nagar, 33'1 ward, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary, Finciples of Natural Justice and Art 14
and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently desist the respondents 2
to 4 from taking any action without issuing any notice and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2013(WPMP 1168 OF 2013

ORDER:
1. The notice issued by this Court to the petitioner has been returned unserved. Despite the matter being listed before this Court, no steps have been taken on behalf of the petitioner to ensure service of notice or to prosecute the present writ petition.
2. Ms.V.Sirisha Rani, learned Standing counsel appears for respondent No.4.
3. In view of the fact that the notice issued to the petitioner has been returned unserved and no effective steps have been taken to proceed with the matter, this Court is left with no other option except to close the present writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed, leaving it open for the petitioner to file an appropriate application, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
